Happy or Not

What our customers think is incredibly important for us. Katowice Airport is the first airport in Poland to introduce the HappyOrNot® customer-satisfaction monitoring system, and we're sharing the results of each specific area which was being monitored for customer satisfaction. We're sharing with you the results of each particular month with regards to the specific zone in which we have a console.

HappyOrNot® is a wireless console fitted with four large buttons - emoticons. Passengers can answer the particular question or issue being monitored, and assessing their level of satisfaction by choosing the applicable emoticon. Katowice Airport has 5 such consoles set up in the key zones for customer service ie. security clearance, luggage check-in business lounge, toilets.
